Membership Application Form

People interested in joining the HTPAA are invited to submit an application for membership on the appropriate form which can be downloaded in .pdf format. The application will be considered at the next Executive meeting which is held bi-monthly. Adobe Reader is available as a free download on the link attached to the adobe icon.

The completed form, along with a cheque for the appropriate amount should be submitted to the Secretary (Details are on the form).

Membership is on an annual basis. New members joining up to 30th September are considered members for the current year and receive that year's back copies of the Tool Chest. New members joining after September receive only the November issue of the Tool Chest for that year, but receive full membership for the following calendar year.
