Conferences

As an important aspect of achieving HTPAA aims an inaugural conference was held in April 1998 with presentations by members and invited guest speakers.

On March 17, 2012, the eighth HTPAA Tool Conference will be held at Glenferrie Primary School in Hawthorn (Vic)

The 8th HTPAA Tool,Conference will again take the form similar to the bi-monthly General Meetings, but covering a full day, and with a spit roast lunch and morning and afternoon teas served. There will be six speakers from within and without the Club. During the morning tea break there will be a sale of quality and special tools. In the evening, after the meeting - there will be a members and attendees tool sale at the same venue. Attendees are invited to bring some special tools for sale, and to mount displays of interesting items or collections, accompanied by information or research about the topic on display. Cost to attendees is $43.50. There is a limit of 70 places (due to catering arrangements) available, so register early.

On Sunday 18 March, there will be a public Tool Sale as per our usual format.
