The HTPAA has an extensive library of books, tool catalogues, and other resource material relevant to tool collecting & craft skills.There is an active acquisition program.

Members may borrow from meeting to meeting, but currently postal borrowing is not practicable. Limited photo copying can be arranged at reasonable cost, including postage charges.
